We are happy to send out one sample of invitation free
of charge to you. Just complete our online order form

Further samples may be purchased at the price shown
on our pricing page. This will be refunded if you place
your wedding stationery or wedding website order with
Millbank and Kent.
Your Timing
Invites to your guests are usually sent out 8 to 12
weeks before the wedding day. You may want to consider,
‘save the date’ cards if you have guests
coming from overseas so that they can organise their
travel arrangements well in advance. These are sent
out up to 1 year prior to the wedding.
You can order your stationery as far in advance as
you choose as long as you have all of the details finalised.
With regard to your stationery we ideally require around
about two to three weeks turn around from receipt of
your deposit to delivery to your door. We may be able
to deliver on a shorter time scale depending on our
workload.
Ordering
Please complete our online order forms. As Millbank
and Kent are renowned for offering a personal service,
we will more than likely also want to contact you via
telephone and email to fine tune your individual needs.
Payment
We require a £50.00 reservation fee to secure
your order if stationery is not required within 2 months.
Please note this is non refundable.
Otherwise if you require your stationery as soon as
possible, an invoice will be raised once you have completed
the order forms. We will follow up with a schedule of
dates for us to work to on your stationery and an invoice
will be raised. This will be due in full and payment
must be received no later than either approval or proofs
or 5 days prior to the print date given.
If payment has not cleared our account by the scheduled
print date print will not commence and a new print date
will need to be re-arranged. Please note that you will
need then to fit in around our existing orders in the
diary.
Payment may be made by cheque, (payable to Millbank
and Kent) or internet bill payment. Our banking details
will be shown on the bottom left of the invoice.
Order
Forms
Proofs
We will send a paper proof of each item that you order.
We can alternatively provide an online proof which is
much quicker or if you have a small order. We will not
go ahead with your print until you have signed off each
piece of stationery or sent an email confirming each
item is ok to print.
After you have returned your initial paper proofs any
amendments will be made online.
Online proofing will be used if an order has been accepted
under £150.00.
If colour matching has been requested without a paper
proof we cannot take responsibility for its shade on
completion of the delivered print.
Please note: Once you have said 'Yes to Print' on your
approval form or via email this is final and we cannot
accept responsibility for errors made by you or ourselves.
Card Stock
We recommend you write on your chosen card stock with
the pen you intend to use to ensure it adheres to the
paper/card. Some stock may prove difficult with fountain/gel
pens.
Minimum order quantity
We have a minimum order quantity of £100.00.
If your order is near this value, please call to see
if we can accept your order. This will depend on our
workload at that time.
Do note: this does not mean that you
need to spend £100.00 everytime you place a separate
order from us. It means that your entire order for your
wedding needs to add up to this value at least in total.
Stationery not on the list
If you require a particular piece of stationery that
does not feature on our price list, please do not hesitate
to ask if if we can produce this for you. We are more
than happy to fulfill most requests!.
Sizing
We have standard sizing for most elements of our stationery,
but if you have a particular request please do ask us
as we can change the size on most items.
Postage & Packaging
We now offer a choice of postal services.
Please select which one you require when ordering.
If you do require your stationery to arrive on a specific
day or urgently, you will need to request Royal Mail
Special Delivery guaranteed next day. This is a 100%
efficient service that we have never had any faults
with.

There may be some slight variations on the above costs
as it is difficult to factor in all scenarios.
Please check all of your stationery when delivered
within no later than two days of arrival.
Overprinting
When your print is produced there is sometimes a few
over prints. These may be sent out as samples to other
prospective clients. If you do not wish for them to
be sent please let us know.
Sales and Marketing
We do occasionally use client stationery for sales
and marketing purposes online and offline, for example,
wedding magazines, flickr and facebook. If you do not
wish for your stationery to be included please email
us and we will happily remove any web based items and
ensure your stationey is not used in the future.
Happy Days stationery
I would like to order your Happy Days Stationery,
please can you advise me on how to send the images we
require.
There are 2 options available for the receipt of images;
1) Please scan your images at home at a resolution
of no less than 300 dpi (dots per inch). The image should
also be no smaller than 70mm square. Please then email
them to us at
info@millbankandkent.co.uk
2) Send them in the post - BUT FIRST, please ensure
you have taken a copy of the image. Please also send
via Royal Mail Special Delivery as this is the most
secure and guaranteed form of post. Images will be returned
to you.
We make every effort to ensure old images look as good
as possible on print. This is only possible if the image
supplied to us is of reasonable condition in the first
place. We will let you know if an image is unsuitable.
